Two Past Midnight: Secret Window, Secret Garden (which I am currently re-reading)... For a reason, I thought I wouldn't like it, but I said to give it a try, since a friend of mine had it. And, it turned out an amazing 5 stars book! The plot twist really left me shocked ;)
I didn't think I would like Twilight but I ended up really enjoying it. I tried to watch the movies when I was younger but the parts I saw seemed cheesy and stupid, so I was surprised that I loved the book when I read it last year.I was also surprised that I liked Brown Girl Dreaming, which is a book written in verse. I don't like poetry so when I saw that this book was a form of poetry, I was scared to read it but I ended up really enjoying it.
I wasn't expecting to like Les Misérables, West Against the Wind, and any of the books by Louis L'Amour, but those books ended up being some of my absolute favorites!
