Wrong Author, Same Name

Hi there!

I share the same name as another author and my book is showing up under their name instead of mine. Can we move this title to the correct name and profile? And is there a way to prevent this in the future?

Goodreads differentiates between authors of the same name with spaces before the last name.

Your author profile has 2 spaces: L.J.^^Woods where the ^ equals a space.

If you add a book, just make sure the author name matches that format. If it is easier, you can use this method:

Books by L.J. Woods , there is a place that says

* Note: these are all the books on Goodreads for this author. To add more books, click here.

that will make sure your added books go straight to your profile.

It literally takes a librarian seconds to correct a book record, so if a title is imported to the default profile, if you mention in your request to move it that your profile has 2 spaces, it can be done very quickly.
