Let's say that you want to add the dropdown box to your 'about'
Go to your customize page---> Menus---->home--->(you'll have your menu names, "home" "about" "reviews" etc)----->----->create whatever menu you want to come under "about"----> *arrange the menus that you want in the dropdown for "about" under "about"
---->click on reorder----->click on the 3rd arrow, the "less than" sign on the menus you want under "about"

Basically-

"home
about
---menu you want under about
----menu you want under about
reviews
random menu" this has to be the arrangement for the asterisked step (i've done an asterisk)
