I liked the first quite a bit actually. The second I'm 30 pages in or so and we're getting to know more and more. Interestiiiing.I also started All the bright places.
I finished 2 books so far, Charlie and The Chocolate Factory and Death Note 2. I really enjoyed both of them.
I started a bit late due to needing to finish my current reads. But still got 80 pages read of Pride and Prejudice
and 40 pages of Never Mind
I'm 119 pages into All the bright places and for now I'm not impressed. Also I'm 80 pages into Siege and storm and I think it's moving too fast, Alina is moving to fast.
I've finished Death Note 3 which I loved almost as much as the second one. I'm now 48 pages deep into Be More Chill and I'm not too sure about this one but after reading some reviews, I'm going to continue with a different view point.
I read another 60 pages of Never Mind hoping to finish this today but got to log some work hours mid day unsure if it will work out.and read another 87 pages of Pride and Prejudice which I know I will make headway on with my commute later.

This is my first time doing this read-a-thon and of course I'm late starting (story of my life lol) but I want to try.I am working on:
Everything, Everything
The Indian in the Cupboard
The Secret Garden
The Maze Runner
All have been adapted into film.
I think I just spoiled the book for me :( I hope I'm wrong but I can't stop thinking about it so I think I'm gonna finish it today.
I finished Never Mind and started Bad News 43 pages inFinished Pride and Prejudice kinda sad it is already over and that is not on netflix (Colin Farrell edition)
Started The Princess Bride 89 pages in.

4/14- I started Shadow and Bone, because I finally got the copy from my library. I read about 117 pages.Today, 4/15, I finished Shadow and Bone. I want to read the next book, but I still haven't gotten it from the library yet, so I don't know what to do with my life now.

I so feel ya! I’ve been waiting for my copy of Six of Crows, the second series in the Grishaverse books, for ages now. The second book, Crooked Kingdom, has come in, but of course I can’t read that one before the first instalment. So frustrating! I’m keeping myself busy with The Priory of the Orange Tree which has 848 pages so....
Wasnt as productive yesterday only 127 pages read of The Princess BrideGot less on the agenda today so hoping to finish it and start howls next

I also put the movie on to watch it, watched 5 seconds and said "Nope. This is all wrong already!" and didn't watch it.
Yesterday I barely read anything as well. Can I read Six of crows without having finished the Grisha trilogy?

I feel you. I hope you don't have to wait too long, I was supposed to get my copy in two weeks, but luckily the library just sent me a copy. Also, I hope you love the Six of Crows duology as much as I did.

You definitely can, I read Six of Crows without reading the Grisha trilogy and I still loved it. The only thing that I found a little confusing about Six of Crows was the fact that I missed all of the world building, which happens in the Grisha trilogy. But for me that confusion didn't decrease my love for Six of Crows and the confusion was gone after a little bit.
