My physical copy has 373 pages plus 14 extra pages making the actual page count 387 not 400. Worldcat also agrees.

Actually, the Librarian Manual states: Included end material may include acknowledgments, afterwords, appendices, bibliographies, glossaries, indexes, notes, and suggested discussion questions. (for page numbering; in other words, all of that is included in the number of pages)

They are 1)Afterword, 2)Author bio 3)Interview with Author and 4) Excerpt for the next novel. All are numbered with regular roman numerals.

The afterword certainly should be included, but the excerpt from the next novel is specifically excluded according to the librarian manual. I'd say that the author bio and interview would be included since the manual says "all content except for advertisements and preview chapters."
Assuming that those 4 items appear in the order you listed them, what is the last page number of the author bio?

The last section before the excerpt is the author interview and the last page of that is 373.
