I'd like all books listed under "Deborah Copaken Kogan" to please be merged with my author page, Deborah Copaken. These include: Shutterbabe, Between Here and April, Hell is Other Parents, and The Red Book. Thank you. The author page for "Deborah Copaken Kogan" is no longer active.

We can add Deborah Copaken as a second author on books originally published under Deborah Copaken Kogan, but the longer version of the name needs to stay on all books originally published under that name (or on editions with it on the cover).
