formatives and summatives

so summatives are tests/projects that count the most towards saying if ur gonna go to the next grade, and formatives help to
so my grading system is 1-4, 4 the highest, so if i get 3 and 4 on all my formatives and i get 2 on my summative i'll get 3 at the end so i'll pass
to pass i need a 3 or a 4
