Where are these books available? I see no publisher info, and none of them have any ISBN, ASIN, etc.

Also, the series numbering makes no sense. If they are all shorts, they should get whole numbers, not decimals. If they are a mix of novels and shorts, the numbering on the novel-length ones is wrong.

The thing is first 9 books were later published by russian eksmo and they have isbn. The follow ups that i want to be added currently only available in ebook. They are not shorts. Full length novels. Cant tell you anything about numbering. It is what it is. First 9 books #1.1 1.2 etc is the main series. #2.1 etc is a direct sequel. The story basically follows adventures of the same mc. #3.1 is a spinoff, didnt read it tho, but it is based in the same universe. The is another spinoff also. In russia all this is considered 1 huge series with a lot of subseries in it.
You can change numbers of main series to #1 #2 #9 #2.1 will become #10 in that case. Just leave spinoffs out of it.

Since the creator of the series list did a good job putting them in an chronological order, they belong to the same universe, considered to be a single series, we can simply hit auto number on this? Even if there are spinoffs they belong to the same universe.

Auto numbered. I took a screen-shot if we need to reverse anything.

Well, for example https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/3... this is spinoff and when or if the author will write the follow up to https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/5... you will have to reverse autonumbering, i guess the current numbering will work for now)
