This is at least a little bit ambiguous. I've found a number of really good scans of difficult-to-find covers over on Wikipedia that would be completely acceptable if they had been uploaded here--it is very clear from the description that it was a scan by an individual user (it's just that it was a Wikipedia user, not a Goodreads user). For example:

(This is a book that I own, but I bought it used and don't have the dust jacket.)
The alternative would be to try to get the person who posted that image to come and post it here on Goodreads. But I was just wondering if that was really necessary?
