Usually, he is resilient, kind and hard-working, taking care to complete mundane tasks. He initially appeared to be a relatively peaceful figure, lending a hand to people in need of assistance. Despite his assumed peaceful nature, Philza is far from it at his core, not afraid to shed his peaceful nature and resume his classic chaotic streak when pressured far enough by the people around him.
Phil is a no-nonsense type of person, wise and not hesitating to discipline people if they break rules, or are generally problematic. He is easily exasperated at their chaos, and is not hesitant to back away from them and let them handle and deal with their own consequences if they continue to act up despite his intervention and warning.
Philza is, ultimately, an efficiently-minded person, seeking to solve problems in the most straightforward way possible. Phil is not afraid of taking a stance when he decides that he needs to.
