I hope some others are reading this one. I've had it on my shelf for a while, never got around to it - the story of a mass shooter as told from the mother's perspective is pretty timely, and pretty brutal, so I've honestly been afraid to read it. But I'm starting it tonight, no matter what.I think it might be the perfect book for discussion, so I really hope other people have thoughts. I don't think the title is an accident. I'll bet Shriver called this book "We Need To Talk About Kevin" because all of us need to talk about Kevin, and others like him, and gun violence and mental illness and racism and all the other related dirty things. So I hope others chime in for the discussion.
