I read this book probably 6 ish years ago and would love to read it again but I cannot remember what it is called or who the author is. All I can remember is the beginning of the story had an older middle aged person who had severe migraines by their ear or the back of their head, and ended up fainting or passing out in a parking lot while on their way into a restaurant. If anyone can remember, I would be eternally grateful!
