I'm still at 44 page mark, and so far, I just don't trust Pete.
But yeah, love the mention of anything Indian. I don't think I have read a book with Indian mc before..
That's understandable. Not everyone loves the same book. Maybe it wasn't something you expected.
Also, is it just Goodreads glitching again...or did everyone disappear for 7 hours straight??

A few years ago, a tv serial based on it used to come on "Life OK"
I almost teared up at the chapter "Diagnosis"Mostly because when I go to parties and stuff, this is what i fear... That while I may be having fun there without a care in the world, who knows what's happening back at home?

ikr. It's just... I usually end up sobbing at such scenes. But idk why I didn't cry while reading this.

But that creating scenarios...
*shudders* I do that so often and it's scary. But I just can't help but think, what if I was the one going through that?
I've imagined the worst of the worst and also what I'd do in those situations.

And then there's the fear that if I think about it too much or say it out loud, it may actually end up happening

Also I was in my "fantasy mood" when I read this book, so that might've been partly the reason why I wasn't enjoying it at first.

Last night before sleeping, I completed 14 more pages. So now I'm on page 44. And all I can think about is RASAM!!
