Maia dashed past the creak, her head still ringing from the slap, her bow aimed and ready for any incoming attacks.
Rayonna raced out of the woods and tried to get across the creek quickly. It was a pity that shadow travel was forbidden. But so was raising the dead. Which was kinda unfair because then the children of Hades didn't have an advantage while others did but she could see where Chiron was coming from. It would be too easy of a win then.
Savannah raced next to Rayonna, as Maia shot arrows at them. One arrow pierced her arm, drawing blood, Savannah slashed Maia with her sword.
The water came up to her ankles as she crossed the creek. She turned around to see what had happened behind her as soon as she had crossed over.

((I'm back!))Maia saw Ray cross the border, and couldn't believe it. Savannah ran up to Ray. "Yay! You did it! I mean, I guess you weren't completely worthless." Savannah corrected.
She rolled her eyes fondly, "Sure...." She drawled, but had a small, pleased smile on her face as she said so.
Charlotte and Katelyn came out of the woods, and Katelyn rushed over to Maia. "What happened?" She asked, eyeing the cut on her back as if it would kill her. "Just a scuff." Maia promised. "We need to get you to the infirmary!" She said.
The flag, which had changed to a black colour with her father's symbol on it, was still clutched in her hands as she turned towards Maia, slight concern in her eyes.
((I think it still would be black, because Hades won last time also. Ironically, both games were won by daughters of Hades.))"I'm okay." Maia assured the girl when she caught the concern in her eyes. "No, your not. We need to get you to the infirmary." Katelyn fussed. "Okay, fine." Maia reluctantly agreed. "But we need to take other people also." She said, eyeing the leaves covering Ray's calf.
((but at the start of the games it is always the colour of the cabin that is leading the teams))Her eyes widened and she handed the flag to Savannah before shadow travelling out of there within seconds.
((Oh.))"Well, she's gone. Let's go." Katelyn said, leading Maia to the infirmary.
