Diesel's back!!! I love Diesel and he and Stephanie get into so much trouble when they get together. I lucked out and got an ARC, which I will read ASAP!
Does anyone know if there will be a 29th book ? I’m halfway done with this new book and it’s great as usual.
I would bet that there will be a 29th book. I'm glad you liked it, Donna. It just didn't gel for me. Please post your review when you finish. I would really like to see what you liked.
I finished and I enjoyed every minute. I find the chemistry between the characters to be the best part of the series. I also enjoy the humor , especially when Stephanie and Lula are in a predicament. I think the humor in this one was better then most. I also like how all of the men in her life had a part in this book. I like Diesel a lot, he is definitely mysterious and he also seems so normal at times.
I'm so glad you enjoyed the book, Donna. There were parts for me that were great, but I found that overall the writing just wasn't that crisp and the zing was missing, especially in the beginning.
This is fantastic! Poor Lula! I’m laughing and shaking my head at her so often…and the scarf that never ends! I also love that all 3 of her guys are working together-ish!
I have to say, I don't like Diesel and Wulf. I don't think the series needs this extra almost paranormal element (isn't one of the things we love about Stephanie is her realness?) and I don't think she needs another guy, she already has two! Not one of my favourites in the series.

Stephanie Plum returns to hunt down a master cyber-criminal operating out of Trenton in the 28th book in the wildly popular series by #1 New York Times bestselling author Janet Evanovich.
When Stephanie Plum is woken up in the middle of the night by the sound of footsteps in her apartment, she wishes she didn’t keep her gun in the cookie jar in her kitchen. And when she finds out the intruder is fellow apprehension agent Diesel, six feet of hard muscle and bad attitude who she hasn’t seen in more than two years, she still thinks the gun might come in handy.
Turns out Diesel and Stephanie are on the trail of the same fugitive: Oswald Wednesday, an international computer hacker as brilliant as he is ruthless. Stephanie may not be the most technologically savvy sleuth, but she more than makes up for that with her dogged determination, her understanding of human nature, and her willingness to do just about anything to bring a fugitive to justice. Unsure if Diesel is her partner or her competition in this case, she’ll need to watch her back every step of the way as she sets the stage to draw Wednesday out from behind his computer and into the real world.
