after the recent texas school shooting, i wanted to do something about it for one of my girl scout awards. it was so so sad and i can't imagine how it affected everyone there. any suggestions on how to go about it would be greatly appreciated :))

message 413: by Emma Jo (new)

Emma Jo Hi Ishaana. i think that is a great plan. i cant imagine either, I dont think there are really words to describe something so awful. I dont have any ideas, or know much about girl scout awards (I know this isnt helpful) but will let you know if I think of anything

Kayla | 67 comments Hi! Does anyone recommend any British authors/books? Ofc I’ve read Harry Potter and JK Rowling but I was wondering if there were any other English series or authors that someone could recommend

message 418: by SJ (new)

SJ A Deadly Education by Naomi Novik. The main character grew up in Wales, so not quite in Britain, and it’s just a great book in general.

message 420: by Natalia (new)

Natalia Hey people!
Do you know any books or series that are going on during the summer camp? (except Percy Jackson).
Ps. Have a nice July!

message 421: by Natalia (new)

Natalia Oh and except Looking for Alaska

If you like books that are kind of like summer camp you might like Fablehaven by Brandon Mull, it's not really summer camp, but the main characters spend the summer at their grandparents house in the first book. It's like a more modern fantasy I suppose, and I really liked it, so I guess I'd recommend it to you.

Have you read the Inheritance Games by Jennifer Lynn Barnes? That's a good romance mystery. Also try the Charlotte Holmes series by Brittany Cavallaro. Those are my favorites.
