Kennett Olander comes to see Morgan following his wife’s suicide, demanding she return a check she’d never received. After his violent reaction, what opinions did you form about him and his son? Do you think he had anything to do with his daughter-in-law’s murder?

Lauren (laurenjberman) | 1803 comments At first, I felt sorry for him. He seemed distraught but then he did a 180 and became aggressive. It was clear that he was an abuser and I had no doubt he helped to try and cover up his daughter in law's murder.

I felt exactly the same way. This guy was pure meanness. When I later learned Lena married him when she was 16-years old, the horror of her past and potential future was glaringly obvious. And, I’m sure she saw what happened to her daughter-in-law, Natalie. Her suicide then made sense.

Lauren (laurenjberman) | 1803 comments The whole Lena/Kennett situation reminded me of Faithless in Death and the cult preying on young girls - *shudder*.

Very, very similar.

Robin (robinmy) | 2450 comments I agree with you both. I started out feeling bad for Kennett, but then his behavior changed and he started threatening Morgan. He was scary.
