Lucy refuses to tell Sean about her encounter with Mona until he forces the issue. He then “handles” the situation by destroying Mona’s records and blackmailing her. What do you think of how he handled Lucy and Mona?

Robin (robinmy) | 2454 comments I liked that Sean took it upon himself to find the video on Mona's computer and destroy it. I just wondered how he came up with her email address so he could send the virus. I thought people were contacting Mona through a message board. And, I've never heard of a virus that would make a computer start smoking. Can that happen?

Anita (anitanodiva) | 2973 comments Sean was very heavy handed in his approach, but that is Sean in his alpha protector role. Scorched earth about anything that threatens Lucy. I actually really liked that he destroyed everything.

I liked that Sean wouldn’t let Lucy get away with keeping it all inside herself. He was firm about it in a way that broke through her defenses. He didn’t give in.

Mona is despicable. Sean operated on her terms and what she was getting ready to do would have destroyed Lucy. I applauded what he did, be it wrong or right. All bets are off with people involved in sex trafficking.

Robin, I don’t know about making a computer blowing up or smoking. But if there’s a program that can make a computer temperature control malfunction, it will certainly start to burn.

Melissa (melissasd) | 676 comments I'm thinking she did not want to tell him because she knew what he would do. Sean makes me mad when he pushes her for information. Although I agree that she needs to talk things out, she doesn't need to be bullied into it. His reaction and actions were typical Sean moves. I smiled the whole time. :-)

Charlene (charlenethestickler) | 1203 comments I really liked Sean in these scenes. He left no stone unturned in his destruction of Mona's computer!

Sharon Kallenberger Marzola | 3485 comments Lucy upsets me that she still tries to keep secrets from Sean. He sees how it hurts her emotionally. Sean does a good job getting Lucy to open up. He also does a good job getting at Mona.

I don't think it is too difficult to burn up a computer. The virus could turn off the fan and adjust the temperature control then start a processing loop quickly heating up the motherboard.
