I've uploaded my scan of the cover of my copy of this book to http://www.goodreads.com/photo/new/ so that it may be added to the book record https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/2... on the site.

I'm assuming this is the correct mechanism to do so, as I saw a post advising someone else to do the same. Would be happy to send further scans of missing covers as and when I find books in my collection that are not covered in yours.
