You can delete your account, but your books and author name will stay on the site. It will just be an unclaimed profile. All of the bio info can be removed.If you'd like to do that I recommend contacting Goodreads Support.

Dear friends from the Librarians group,A few days ago I added a new book - I just published - to my profile. I waited for some time and because the book (Leo the Lion - by Marin) did not show up I investigated and discovered that I had created unintentionally two profiles. One of them I visit on regular basis (I have several of my publications there, it contains book reviews, blog, groups, answers, etc.) and I would like to keep. The second profile - with almost no activity on it I would like to remove. Please do assist me with this little request. Thanks in advance for your help. Stay safe. Marin
Unless all of the books on that profile are yours, there is no reason to delete the profile. I have moved the book Leo the Lion to your profile. Next time please provide links to the books that need attention.

Is it possible to delete/remove the author profile and books associated with that profile from my account? I'd like to shut down my Goodreads account, especially the author profile. For personal reasons I'm dissolving my author platform and the 2-3 publications associated with it.
