4. How does one dog position themselves in packs (alpha). How does one dog position themselves over the other dogs?

I don't know a lot about this personally, so I asked friends of mine that have dogs, and they said that it just happens with their dogs. One of them just turns to be the alpha (strong) figure in the home, and others assume positions. I know Cheryl has dogs. Would be interested to hear how the power struggle has worked in your home.
