Help please!

Hey everyone! I'm looking for this series, the last time I checked it was only two books. I used to have it saved in a reading list but it's now gone which makes me believe the author removed it (hopefully to publish). I don't remember the title or the author but I do remember a lot of the plot and even more detail for certain scenes and the fact that it took place in England. I know the story starts off with a female doctor getting ready to close her office when two men come in and force her to treat one of them who is bloody and injured (I'm pretty sure he was shot but can't remember for sure). These two end up becoming involved later in the book after she goes out to a night club on its opening night with some friends and finds out he's the owner. There's a lot that happens in between but the next thing I remember is her believing that he cheated on her after finding another woman in his apartment and so she ends things (he may or may not have had a kid with her, a son, but I can't remember that for sure). This is where the first book ends. The second starts off with her and her family at their vacation home in France. Other than that, I know she ends up reconciling with him at the wedding of one of her best friends and they have a bit of a rocky relationship after that but they manage to work it out. The story ends with her pregnant and engaged to him but I don't remember much detail in between all that. I read this series for the first time quite a few years back and so it is older but I believe I reread it as recently as two years ago or so. I know the genre is essentially a mature adult romance if that helps, I can't remember anything it might have been tagged under. Any help would be fantastic! It's been driving me crazy for days trying to remember key information like the characters names and even a title.

I'm also finding a book about this girl who was heartbroken because the guy she loved left her. I remember she have some guy friends who are really close to her and they protect her from Him(the guy who left Her) when He came back.
One of her friends has an apple farm, his name starts with letter B, I'm not sure if it was Brian or Bryce. Another guy friend likes her. I think there is a guy friend whose name is Ian, and then another guy I don't remember the name. She has a big sister, I think her name was Alex, but I'm not really sure. They don't have parents anymore.
When she was little, her father made a tree house(?) or maybe inside the tree, it was like her castle and she was the princess.
I remember a scene where one of her friend was brokenhearted and he went to her house and then she sang 'The Three Bear song' to comfort him.
Oh! I also remember that girl was sick, she's dying and all her friends got mad because she didn't tell them, only the guy friend who likes her knows because he's the one who help her keeping it a secret.
The main character guy was like a gangster or a mafia and he left her for her safety (2)
I don't remember the title and author but I still remember some scenes in the story. I hope someone also had read this story. Thank you in advance ♡
