Patrick, that's definitely come up in the conversations I've had about the book. So much so that it's hard sometimes to remember that there are other struggles too. It seems to eclipse all else. It will be interesting to see as more people are vaccinated how people, especially young people, will reconnect,

I saw an interesting conversation the other day about that, I think it was on Linkedin. The commenter said they applied anyway and got the job. I don't think that would work for every job but the feedback they got about was that the posting was pie-in-sky and the reality was that most candidates didn't have all the qualifications. Frustrating for applicants but I'd love to talk to some HR folks and see if that's common practice.

Right? I know it can be easier (sometimes for some people) to start on the internet but there's also the need for people in your own town, who you can ask for help or if you need a buddy to go to something with you.
