One of my favorite book series is the Feverwake Duology. It has POC rep and the main romance is between two guys. I really liked it and would recommend it, but if you do read it, I would highly advise to read the trigger warnings before you go in. In my personal opinion, it wasn't too bad, but some of the stuff might be disturbing to other readers.
