Review: I forget that I quite like Jill Shalvis books and need to read more! This is as it says in the title a second chance romance for Lily who left town 10 year previously following the death of her sister and Aidan who is working as a firefighter, in search and rescue and working to help save his family ranch. Both have issues that they need to resolve before they can be happy together.

Review: I've owned this book for several years, and somehow never read it (or anything else by this author). I was expecting paranormal/steampunk, but it was WAY more regency romance than anything else. In spite of the description, paranormal didn't happen til really late in the book. However, the romance was enjoyable as was the mystery.

Review: I really enjoy this series. The 6th book in the Talon pack series following the Beta Mitchell and his fight to get over the death of his mate 30+ years ago and allow him to find happiness with his new potential mate Dawn. Dawn is part of a group that are about to become a new pack and finding her way with what this means. Other packs are not happy with the thought of the Central’s becoming a pack and set out to destroy the peace that has been achieved.

I really enjoyed this book. A firefighter rescues an injured dog and takes the god to the vet. Which turns out to be the firefighters high school crush. They share custody of the dog. They fall in Love.

Review: This was a lot more exciting than I expected. By law, people can only have on child, but Mira and Ava are twins. I especially liked the first part of the book, seeing how they handled that partially hidden existance. But... the second part, with them on the run, was also exciting. I'm glad I got to read it!

Tara is visiting a Renaissance Faire when she is tricked into a marriage ceremony with Duncan. After which she and Duncan time-travel back to his home in Scotland.

This is one of those rare cases where I started to read a book only because it fit a few challenges I needed to power through. It is not any subgenre I would normally be drawn to, BUT I actually kinda liked it. The dialogue was cheesy and it read a lot like the kids dragon books my youngest is always trapping me into reading to her, but I liked the characters and the story kept me interested enough that I wouldn't mind continuing the series to see where it takes the other MacCoinnich siblings.
