Need help with review with Spoiler not marked

Hi, I'm Azucena, the author of the novel "Sol de julio". I found a review of the novel by a user that tells almost the entire plot, makes spoilers and no matter how much I flag it as a spoiler it still appears complete and visible to everyone. Is there any way to fix this? I wrote to goodreads support and got no response. It makes me very sad that the plot of my novel appears unveiled almost completely.
