I throw off my shoes and dig my feet into the sand. The salty sea air fills my lungs and I feel refreshed. at home. anew. I run into the ocean and let the waves wash over me.

I don't get tired. I don't care if dad will come after me or bring me back with the power of the ocean. I'm done with all the lies. It's tiring. I finally go as far as I can. then start going down. I want to see the coral.

I finally swim to the bottom. The coral is beautiful. Hundreds of colors. I see a little sea horse and swim up to it. It doesn't flinch or anything. "hey mister sea horse."
'I HAVE A NAME" "Woah. Wait, what the shuck just happened." "eh, you must me a child of Poseidon. Ability to speak to sea animals and horses."

I swim down and look for madi

I listen carefully and something is moving through the water. My mind first went to sharks, but there's no sharks in the bay.

I continue to speak to the sea horse. "What's your name?"
"My name is Sauce." "I like that name!"
