ᴄᴀᴍᴘ ᴇʟᴅᴇʀʙᴇʀʀʏ ꜰᴏʀ ᴇᴛʜᴇʀᴇᴀʟ ~ ꜱᴇᴍɪ-ᴅᴇᴛᴀɪʟᴇᴅ discussion
Mazo paced around the trees, she was hiding rather well. She used the brush in order to hide, having worn full camo from head to toe. She also brought her paintball gun as it is technically not a weapon, it would make her targets easier to spot.
I propose we send a group out to scout for the other group's flag. Preferably some people who can draw/take pictures/describe an area really well. Tass has portals that can take them over there as long as he can visualise where he wants to go.Also have a group guard the flag. People who have sharp senses because the enemy has an invisibility user and a smoke user which probably means low visibility.
He can, but his powers are limited to places he can visualise. i.e. if he doesn't even know where the flag is then where does he teleport to?
((Is there a list somewhere of all the people on each team?))((Elijah can put people to sleep if he makes eye contact with them so he's good for whatever. It might be good for him to try to get to the other team's base and knock out the guards there.))
Alright let's split into some groups:Going over
Tass (just your uber over there, probably ain't gonna do anything)
Elijah
Biana
Guarding
Mazo
Blade
Undecided
Abigail
Kenton
@Thorn it's in announcements and the capture the flag sign up thread :)
((Hmm maybe we could also have people maybe near the midline to capture incoming enemies from the other team? Or more like scouting around our side ))
"Great." Elijah said. "We have two guards, two people going over, and two undecided." He bounced on the balls of his feet, ready to move.
Tass nodded at the other boy, quickly jotting down his name under the 'Guard' group in the small notebook he held in his hands. "I'll probably stay here too, until you guys scout it out. Anybody have a camera? Just snap a few pictures from a distance of where the flag is held and I can take us straight to it." Fidgeting slightly, he turned his gaze to the sky beyond the trees. He hoped they would be quick before he started wandering off on his own; something that wouldn't be well for a boy who had no skills suited to active capture-the-flag-ing. "If we have to have someone patrolling... Maybe one person is enough? I think we should focus on defense."

Eli looked at Kenton. "Maybe it would serve as a good distraction on their side? Or a decoy base? Because if they saw the fog they would think our flag was being protected by the fog."
"Great idea." She exclaimed with a smile, starting to paint some markings on some trees, dividing their area into sectors. Different symbols meant different things, an arrow meant 3, a circle means 0, etc. She had effectively made a spotting grid. She climbed into a tree that gave her an overview of everything from there to the enemy base.
Eli beamed, glad he could be of help. "So... Mazo, Blade, and Kenton are staying. Tass and I are going to the other team's base," He thought for a moment, trying to remember the list of team members. "Abigail and Isabella. What are they doing?"
"That's fine. You're here just in time." Eli paused and listened to Ms. Thelma announcement. When she finished he smiled even more and said, "Everyone ready? Let's go."
"Eli?" Tass called, his quiet voice barely carrying over the others talking. "I hope you have a plan when we get there. I can't really, um, fight." He fell silent for a while, pondering the possibilities. Maybe he could climb a tree? He was good at that. He knew the trees around here like the back of his hand since he'd been around so many times. "I could distract them once I get out of the portal."
((Who's scouting? Someone needs to get a picture of the enemy's base for Tass to teleport over there))
Thorn wrote: ""That's fine." Eli said. "I can put them to sleep long enough for us to get by."""What are the limits to your abilities? We should plan for the worst case scenario too." Tass knew that there were some scary people on the other end. If they were all clustered together, maybe making all of them fall asleep would work, but chances were they wouldn't be like that. If they went over there to steal the flag, only to have someone suddenly appear, he would possibly lose control of his portals. "My portals will vanish if I'm surprised, and bad things happen if I get really scared."
He listen to Tass's explanation. "We just have to keep you calm then. My ethereal requires eye-contact, but it's much stronger with skin-to-skin contact. So if I can get close enough, it's possible I could knock someone out for an hour. Maybe two."
Ashstorm (Crow) Might have to leave... LOOK AT BIO wrote: "Isabella volunteered, "I can go scout first! I can create a water geyser to let you know when I'm in trouble." She summoned a tiny geyser, not too big to alert the other team but big enough to soak..."Tass smiled at her small display. "That's really nice!" He hopped off the rock he was squatting off and wandered over to the grass where a few burner phones lay. Flicking one on, he swiped through the apps, and upon confirming it had a camera app, he returned to Isabella. "Quick in, quick out. Try not to get caught. All I need is one photo of the flag - it can be at a distance, but hopefully clear enough so I can imagine myself being there." He held the phone out. "If you're in danger let me know with a picture of your surroundings and I can get you back here."
Thorn wrote: "He listen to Tass's explanation. "We just have to keep you calm then. My ethereal requires eye-contact, but it's much stronger with skin-to-skin contact. "Ok, go." Mazo called down, before looking over. She began to draw a map of the area on a paper, she is not that good of an artist but it worked. "Somebody get to 4,6 and pick off the guy who is coming this way.

He looked up at Mazo's order, knowing whoever was coming was likely heading towards Kenton's decoy base. Eli picked up a burner phone and called Kenton, planning to warn him of the incoming enemy.
