We could probably be even more specific and say "cat" and "dog" authors. There certainly are a lot of authors in each category.
What does Vintage mean? If it's clothes, I can only think of one series. Are there others to choose from? If not, maybe this can include antiques or collectibles.

Vintage Kitchen Series by Victoria Hamilton
Vintage Magic series by Annette Blair
Witchcraft Magic Series by Juliette Blackwell (she owns a vintage clothing shop)
Haunted Vintage Mystery Series by ROse Pressey
Crime of Fashion series by Ellen Byerrum
Caprice De Luca series by Karen Rose Smith (She is a stager but talks in great detail about all the vintage pieces she uses)
There are a couple flea market series that incorporate discussion of vintage pieces
All that being said I don't know how people differentiate from "vintage" and antique or collectable. I do think there is a different vibe to it but it is hard to define. For instance Victoria Hamilton's Vintage kitchen series is definitely vintage and a great deal of time is spent discussing the pieces while to me the Button series by Duffy Brown is collectible (although without a doubt some of her buttons are vintage).

The Juliette Blackwell series is the one I was thinking of. I'm only familiar with one other series on your list. Discovering new series is one of the benefits of the monthly reads. ;-)
I was using vintage to apply to clothing; I think of antiques and collectibles as furniture, art or objects including buttons. That's my perception.
Do you mean Kylie Logan's button series? Duffy Brown has a series with a consignment shop.

Yes I meant Kylie Logan :) I get those two confused for some reason. I think because I was reading their series at the same time.

I forgot Meg London's Vintage Lingerie series
I wouldn't call Ellen Byerrum's Crimes of Fashion series vintage. Lacey may wear vintage clothes, but the mysteries aren't about vintage clothes.
I've set up a poll to choose our themes for the rest of the year.
