Kate S | 6459 comments Read a book by an author who uses at least one four letter name for their publications, eg Lisa Genova, Bret Easton Ellis, Roald Dahl, Victor Hugo.

Please post any questions about task 10.2 in this thread.

Beth Robinson (bethrobinson) | 1174 comments I am reading Ursula K. Le Guin for 10.5. Should I claim a combo here or not? Her last name is not 4 letters but a part of it is so I can see either way.

Thanks for asking, Beth. We will consider her an exception to the 4-letter name as her name is really Le Guin, as you rightly point out.

Beth Robinson (bethrobinson) | 1174 comments Umm, an exception which way? Sorry, I could not tell from the answer.

Elizabeth (Alaska) | 14224 comments Ha! I knew what I meant. ;-)

No, this will not work for 4 letter name because her name is Le Guin.

Karen Michele Burns (klibrary) | 5271 comments If the book is by more than one author and all of the authors have a 4 word name on Goodreads, does that work , or is it single authors only?
Thrive by Tami West

That one works regardless. It's been awhile since we've had a task where all of the authors had to fit the task. Those are mostly age and gender tasks. We'll try to remember to insert into the task language when/if all of the authors of an anthology need to fit the task requirements.
