Goodreads cannot copy covers from one edition to another for legal reasons.

However, I found the cover for that ISBN on the publisher's website and added it from there.

I noticed, though, that the 5 editions were just now split into two separate entries.

These 2 editions (the hardcovers) have 134 ratings and 46 reviews:

Was that split intentional?

Yes it was intentional and temporary. There is an incomplete duplicate hardcover edition. I have queued it to be merged with the correct edition. They will be recombined when the merge is complete.
