then I get bored when i read it in a row
But I fall in a reading slump if I don’t

ah yeah i can see your problem... i personally mostly read fantasy. what helped me "stay in that lane" if you wanna say so is reading books from a more diverse group of authors. and of course, reading a few other books in between, whether that's non-fiction or maybe a contemporary

the mc is also a henna artist & i loveeee henna and am aspiring to become a henna artist too so it was great to read that. i've literally never read a book with this hobby/profession represented before.

actually its very easy to make once you get the hang of it. in india, its most girls (and some boys/people as well) apply mehandi designs at least once on their own. like in my family, i am usually the one who does it for everyone as i really love doing it, but my mom also does it sometimes. :)
