Ch 1-12: (view spoiler)[ hummm I am lost here! I am really enjoying that the main character, Audra, is not a very likeable character. I have lots of questions! I guess I need to wait for answers......which I need soon! Anyway...I don't know why, but I like more Zad (broody and mysterious, my type) than Raiden, who gives me vibes of instalove/sugary (is it a façade though?). I hope Zad comes back, I want him in the story! (hide spoiler)]

Ch 19-27: (view spoiler)[Veeeery intense chapters. I am really enjoying the book. I am pretty sure I have my favourite now and I am not chaging, definitely Zad! I want to know all the things he wanted to say to Audra aaargg!! Raiden ended up being what I was expecting but Nova being alive and both working together was a huge twist! I didn't see it coming. I am now curious about the book title, A King so Cold...does it refer to her father then? Can't wait to continue the story! (hide spoiler)]

I just feel I want to slap people in the face for the decisions they make, all of them. And I still don't understand this link thing. Did Zad link on purpose or is it something that happens without wanting? I don't know how this is going to end. In a sense a no HEA fits the book so far...we will see! (hide spoiler)]

Ch 33-Finished: (view spoiler)[Finished! I really enjoyed it. I don't know why I thought the story was meant to end in this book and I was just checking pages left thinking omg how can this end like this!! I am really excited to continue with the next book as this can't end like this. Also, I want to know more about the Fae! The story and characters are different to the average fantasy romance which was refreshing. I am between 4 to 4.5 starts, I will think about it a bit longer! (hide spoiler)]

Love the different perceptions about the same characters. I really liked him in the first book!

Ch 13 - 18: (view spoiler)[Well all makes sense now why she stayed! I really thought the King could only be killed by his same blood, I am confused here. These chapters picked up a bit. I am not sure why but I am finding confusing some of the things that are happening, not sure if it is the writing. Like in the scene with Raiden, the gold and what he signed, I was not sure what she meant with the gold etc. I enjoying the book a bit more than at the beginning but not at the same level as the first one. Let's see how the last chapters go! (hide spoiler)]

Ch 19 - End: (view spoiler)[I enjoyed the last part of the book and they had a very sweet happy ending. Loved it! However, I didn't like Audra's character in this book as much as in the first one and I found the plot and story less interesting, so staying at the 3 stars rating (hide spoiler)]
