The Inside Track question

I fail to understand how anybody could not give this a 5 star rating. It`s a book about walking your talk , about conquering your environment and giving others the keys to do the same . It`s about changing the system and making a difference in a complicated world. Why would someone not see that and give it a qualified rating. Are they just commenting on the style and not the content? Any insights from a reasonable point of view?
