Create a series

Hello,
I am trying to create a series of my book. It is the first book in the series "Just a Series" (yes, that's really what I decided to call the series). But I'm not sure how to do that.

Yes, the books' content are related to one another. Is there a way to get a series started?

What do you mean? The books are a series of short stories tied together with recurring characters and continuous plot. In this first book, none of the stories seemed related. But next will revealed how they are all connected.
