Task 30.4 requires a minimum total of 600 pages. Your books are 176 pages plus 302 pages, for a total of 478 pages."
D'oh! I totally missed the page requirement.
Sorry for all the rearranging I had to do to fit the books back into proper slots. I hope I got the unclaiming/reclaiming right.

Sorry, Cat. Task 25.4 specifically disallows any books with Childrens as a main page genre. When I mentioned this before, I only noticed that it had Childrens and that you had not included ARBF info. When I re-read the task to review this post, I realized that the task specifically states that Childrens books were not allowed.

As much as I would love to have a good chance writing a task next season, I'm afraid the count of my Big Books seems to be off.
When I checked right now, it said I have "4".
My records show that should be "1" from #20.3 (message 537: by Kathy)

Thanks so much for the heads up, Kathy - the problem is found and fixed! And, you never know - chance does its own thing, and I've seen it many times - random chance doesn't always result in the person with the most BB tickets actually getting the task!

You have linked to a kindle edition of Everywhere and Every Way. Using the rules in the Rules of the Challenge, you must use the MMPB for the number of pages. That is Everywhere and Every Way, with 448 pages - this doesn't fit the task requirements.

Task 20.4 is a one book task, just as all the other 20 point tasks. I am going to use your first book, Rot & Ruin, for this task, and you can use the second book elsewhere.
If this isn't how you want it, please repost the task.

Was post 1999 approved? I can't find an entry for it in the Questions/Problems thread, but the points aren't reflected in my Readerboard totals. Readerboard is reflecting through task 2300.
Thank you.

Please note that task 10.6 requires that you state the page number of the list on which your book is found. It is quite simple for the mods to reach a particular page, while it is a pain to find a specific listing (and, position number on a list can change.

All posts, including reposts, must include links to the books read. If you simply copy your old posts, the links will not copy.
To include the links in a copied post, you must go to "edit" at the bottom of the post. Once you have that screen up, you can make the changes you need, copy it, then post it into a new message.
