individual vs boxed sets of the same series?

Before I submit my series request, I'm wondering how to best handle the following?

12 individual stories in the series
3 boxed sets containing the above (1-4,5-8,9-12)

On Amazon, I have these listed as two separate series (making as clear as I can that they're related) so that the 'buy all' feature doesn't create unwanted duplication.

For Goodreads, is it best to request as 2 series, just A or B, or 1 series with 15 elements?

They should be in the same series. Put "1-4" etc. in the number box for the sets.
