What is the status of Patreon stories?

I just came across two stories (Monsters Do Not Die Quietly and The Conclave of Ravens), which were published by the author on Patreon but not in any other format. Should they be considered as books? (The author doesn't even mention them on her website.)

From my understanding to get "bonus" content on Patreon you need to subscribe and make regular donations to the author/creator. The stories and other such materials are not accessible to everyone but just to the donors.

I know that, maybe I didn't phrase my question the right way. I was just wandering what the status of the stories are here, on Goodreads, and whether they should be entered in the database.

Ok, I didn't say it but my opinion is no, based on the fact that we delete whatever is not "publicly" accessible to everyone.
