Orla (orla_27) | 1125 comments A cry burst out of Eliana, and she stumbled back.
Reaching from beneath the dirt was a pale and rotting arm - a hand.

♤ n a t a l i e ♤ (natanatalie15) | 213 comments She dropped the shovel, realizing what she was doing. Eliana burst into tears, looking at the reality that had unfolded what seemed like years ago. Ella was gone.

message 72: by Lex ᶻ˖ °.ᐟ (new)

Lex ᶻ˖ °.ᐟ (alexasreading) | 104 comments Eliana shuddered once more and looked at the scene around her. Her nails had dark crescents from the digging she had done. A heap of dirt was set to the side. Her dress was now stained as she sits on the cold earth.

♤ n a t a l i e ♤ (natanatalie15) | 213 comments Wiping her eyes she stared down, astonished at what she had just seen, was she seeing things? But then, at the peak of her doubt, the hand moved again, now clawing at the churned dirt above it.

Lex ᶻ˖ °.ᐟ (alexasreading) | 104 comments Eliana carefully took her hand and traced small strands of Ella’s disheveled hair down to her face. Looking down, she studied Ella’s pale face. In a way, Ella looked peaceful. Her eyes were shut with those thick lashes she didn’t remember she had. Eliana longed for Ella to look at her again with those piercing hazel eyes. The thought of leaving her to finally rest crossed Eliana’s mind.

message 84: by Orla (new)
