This is the book series that got me into books and reading obsessively!! I loved the story, the characters and their development. I first read this series in 2014 and I still reread them whenever I get the chance. Rose Hathaway is an incredible character, so much more intelligent and mature than others her age, yet, still a teenager with a lot of emotions that she does not know how to control. The secondary characters are also written in great depth and realism which makes the story all the more intruiging. This entire series is a wild roller coaster of emotions. Richelle Mead has definitely done a magnificent job.
