Well I have a lot of ideas and experience, and I'm pretty good at managing characters, helping with problems, etc!

Every day Sunday through Saturday!
I'd help make all of the topics and folders necessary, and then I'd go through to help with characters and approve them! I'd also bounce my ideas off of the other mods to see if they like them!

Why do you want to be a mod?
I like being helpful, and I'm a big fan for rules and such. I think that I'm a pretty organized person, so I like to use that in the groups that I create or help with. I'm also a rather creative person (or at least I'd like to think I am) and I'd like to help set an example for that when it comes to posts for the roleplay or for my characters.
What do you think you could bring to this group?
I think that maybe I could help with the rules, and help make suggestions for characters and such, so that you know they aren't too overpowered, or anything along the lines of that. I'm also rather good at handling issues and such. There was a fight in one group that I was a moderator of, and I handled it to the best of my abilities, flagging the comments, banning certain members, flagging a certain hate group that had been used to target a certain member, even doing a bit of sleuthing and getting screenshots that helped incriminate the people who were bullying another user.
Have you been a mod before?
Yes, I have been a mod before. Not only on this site but on another where I was mod for many different groups.
How active are you?
I'm really active -probably too much for my own good- but you know, it's fine XD

Have you been a moderator before now: Yeeeeeep
If so, how many: 80+ (More than 15 of them I never applied for the position-)
What are your experiences as a leader: Well, I've been moderating on Goodreads for around eight or nine years now, and quite a few groups I was made a moderator without me applying... So I'm assuming I'm doing something right? xD I've got a bit more for this, but I'm tired, so...my memory is more dead that usual...
How you can trust me: Uhhhh... I'm not really sure? I don't exactly trust myself. ;u; I guess you just kinda have to know me overtime? Best way to do that is to get me in a brand new group, barely started. Fresh. Barely any characters yet. I'm at my most comfortable when I get to know most of the members when they first join. If there's like, fifteen members when I join, I'm sooooooo awkward and quiet... ha, just like me irl-
Why should you choose me: My capabilities:
- Organization (To the point it can be a fault-)
- Strict with rules (Some of y'all can definitely vouch for this. xD )
- I'm normally quite friendly. You can tell by my wordings. uwu
- I'm extremely serious when I'm told to be.
- I'm normally able to do whatever is requested of me. :3
- I normally have professional thinking when it comes to moderation.
How do you settle arguments: Ahh, yes. This is a difficult one for ones who have a hard time keeping a level mind. I'll do it in steps of how I've always done things:
1. Make sure I'm in the right mental and emotional position for something like this. If yes, continue to "2." If no, continue to "7."
2. Read or ask for what exactly happened. Get all sides of the story.
3. Try to find the middle, somewhere everyone can agree upon the matter.
4. If I have personal experience on the matter, I'll probably share it (Hopefully not in detail), just to give insight that I've been through it before.
5. Hopefully that's the end of the argument. If it continues... I've got no idea what to do.
6. If that sharing of personal experience is insulted or disrespected in any way, please view "9."
7. (When I'm not okay) My temper varies. I will either be calm, be childish and handle things badly, or out right cruel-hearted.
8. I'll warn people ahead of time to be careful with how they speak to me when my stress is starting to peak. Take the warning into full consideration, please, especially if you haven't seen what I'm truly like. It's not often I show my real self, the cruel part, and that's how I like to keep it so I don't lose anyone close to me. Some of you guys are my best friends. I don't want to hurt you...
9. Don't taunt me when stress is starting to get bad for me. My words can be devastatingly hurtful, and I'll never be sorry. Those were my feelings on the matter, and you obviously hurt me in a way. I send the pain straight back. Don't make an enemy out of me. You'll truly regret it.
Misc.: I come with actual warnings:
- Stress makes me very emotional and easy to hurt. If you hurt me, I'll send that pain right back, sometimes worse than I intend it to be. I have no control over myself when I get to this point.
- I have a bad time sensing sarcasm. I can take things very seriously, and depending how it's worded, personally.
- Disrespect to any of my characters is the best way to truly anger me. Each one of them has a piece of myself in there somewhere. Asura Daevan, especially. Nearly every part of his personality is who I truly am on the inside.
- I can be a moron when I'm at a certain level of tired. Please bare with my stupidity and incompetence. ;u;
- If you've hurt a close friend of mine, I'm going to be very passive-aggressive with you, and you'll lack my trust. Depending on the severity, my friendliness to you might just be fake.
Whoa... I’m going to need to take some time to process all of this and store it in my memory files.
Heheh, yeh, I come with a lot of pros and cons, so I like to list as many as possible.(Just removed my swears, btw.)
