Hello everyone! Since pretty much all of the mods except me and Stuti are on hiatus for a few months, we are opening mod applications for a temporary mod position. Its a bit difficult to run such a large group with only 2 people.

The mod appointed will be expected to be active for at least 30 mins a day, as we will require all the help possible in the group. We are currently looking for only 1 mod, but we may appoint more than 1, so feel free to apply till the applications are closed.

Here are the questions you are requested to answer-

1. Are you very active on gr, and specifically in this group? (You need to be active for a minimum of 30 minutes daily.)

2. Do you genuinely want this position? Why? (The mod appointed will be expected to know how to plan challenges, manage BOTM's and polls, and generally keep the group active.)

3. Are you a mod in any other group? Which ones? (While we are open to all applications, it may be beneficial if you've had prior mod experience.)

4. Are you 13 years old or over? (If you aren’t comfortable
answering this, please confirm you are atleast 13, as GR policy does not allow members below 13.)

I am very active on goodreads. There is never a day that goes by without me being active, and I'm on for at least 4 hours a day. In this group, I am active. I could definitely be more active, and I'm certainly willing to try, especially if I get this position.

2. Do you genuinely want this position? Why?

I do genuinely want this position. I really like helping people with things, no matter what they are. I have a diverse range of skills and my personality is a very fun one - people like me very easily. I do think that I'd be a decent mod, and I could definitely change the group for the better.

3. Are you a mod in any other group? Which ones?

I am a mod in several other groups. Some of them include one I started myself and with the help of a friend, which currently has over 150 members. Some other groups are Let's Read, and The Friend Group.

4. Are you 13 years old or over?

I am 13.

5. Why do you want to be a mod? What new ideas would you bring to the group?

I personally think I would be a great help to people for finding stuff, helping them with problems, and being a fun person in general. I would definitely contribute towards challenges, topics, games, polls, and mostly anything, really, that comes our way.

6. Where do you live?

I live in Chicago, IL, so CST. I'm on GR from 7:40 am to 2:15 pm, but I have school during those times so I might not be immediately available. I'm also available from 3 pm to 6 pm on most days.

yes, i do genuinely want this position :) i love helping people and running things, being a mod is just really fun! i try my very hardest to be a fun and bubbly person, and i think i could add something to this group :)

i live in ny, so est time zone
during school days i'll only be able to be active around 3 pm and later, depending on the day and what i have to do, but during the weekends i can be active whenever (most of the time)
