ABANDONED. Help identifying by cover art

So in a group that I'm in on Facebook, someone came across a book that is not in english and would like help IDing so I'm turning to this wonderful discussion board to help them out. Link goes to a picture of the title page.

I tried Tineye’s reverse image search and no matches were found.

I asked my English teacher who knows a bit of greek and he said that the title is ANEPHORA (the letters in all caps), psykhograpiko mythistorima (the two words below it).
ANEPHORA = going uphill
psykhographiko mythistorima = a psychographic novel

This is the wikipedia definition for psychographics, I assume a psychographic novel would have something to do with it.

The "O" is called a phi (Φ), it's pronounced like f in five in modern greek (it used to be pronounced like p in pot in ancient greek)
