Psychographics is a qualitative methodology used to describe traits of humans on psychological attributes.[1] Psychographics have been applied to the study of personality, values, opinions, attitudes, interests, and lifestyles.[2] Because this area of research focuses on activities, interests, and opinions, psychographic factors are sometimes abbreviated to 'AIO variables'.
Psychographics are applied to the study of cognitive attributes such as attitudes, interests, opinions, and belief, as well as the study of overt behavior (e.g., activities).

The "O" is called a phi (Φ), it's pronounced like f in five in modern greek (it used to be pronounced like p in pot in ancient greek)

It's written by Dalípis Dimítris (Δαλίπης Δημήτρης)
The full title in Greek is:
Ανηφόρα
Ψυχογραφικό μυθιστόρημα
In English:
Uphill
Psychographic novel
Here's a link to a site where you can buy a used copy of the book (not sure if it's still available):
