I’ve come across a book in the Black Halo series that I think the author has changed the name of

I think this is called Off The Record: A Prelude based on the reading list for the series on the authors website.

Looks like it's the same book, with two different titles, each title belonging to a different series. Remastered is part of the Black Halo series, while Off the Record is part of the Off the Record series:

So I think it's ok as is. The title for each one matches the title shown on the cover.
