What does Ar. indicate? If it is a title, we do not include those in author names.

It will appropriate to write Swami. All books are available in Swami Dayananda Saraswati name only. Otherwise many will get confuse with another writer Dayanand Saraswati.

We can maintain two separate pages without using the title. Which is Goodreads policy.
