Unsure about whether something is a book or not

It looks like most if not all of the items under this author/publisher should be merged with the NOT A BOOK profile, but after reading the NOT A BOOK article in the Librarian Manual, I'm still not entirely clear on which items would be considered blank books with collectible art (and therefore still considered to be books?) vs things like address books or blanks books with quotes on the cover (not books?). Can anyone clarify?

They should all be NABd. And I think someone has done that.

blank shot records, blank journals, blank address books are not books.

The collectable art book appears to be a journal for listing art, and does not actually contain art.
