Searching for a specific cookbook!

Hi Everyone,
I am after some help please!

I am looking for a specific cookbook that a friend used to have. The recipes were in English but with sub headings were in Thai (I think). The chapter headings were things like 'Bangkok and the Central Plains' and 'the North'.

Does anyone have any ideas please?

Hi! Just a couple questions.
Was this a newish cookbook or old?
About how large was it?
Did it have "Thai" in the title?
Was it traditional Thai food or more modern?
Do you remember anything about the author/any particular recipes?

Thanks for replying. I have a couple of photocopied recipes but nothing else. No idea of the title or author.
I’ll take a look on my laptop later to see if I can upload a photo of the recipes. Don’t think my phone will let me!

I can't upload a photo but these are the recipes I have have with no page numbers unfortunately . . .
Gaeng Ped Gai (Red Curry Chicken)
Gai Pad Khing (Ginger Chicken)
Gai Taud (Chiang Maid Fried Chicken)

It also refers to other recipes in the book. . . .
jasmine rice (khao suay) p 98
red curry paste (nam prile gaeng ped) p 236.

If anyone has any suggestions would love to hear them!

Just judging by the recipes, it think it is Thailand: The Beautiful Cookbook: Authentic Recipes from the Regions of Thailand by Panurat "Rut" Poladitmontri, Judy Lew, and William Warren.

I just googled it and got some pictures from inside the book and that is exactly it! Definitely the same print and style etc. Thank you soooo much! I am so excited that someone knew the book I was talking about and from such little information. You're a Guru! THANK YOU!
