Is it possible the author David P. Gushee has a listing for this book both with and without the subtitle? Could that be why the quote I added isn't showing up under my review (that is, where my review will be eventually)? (It looks like mine is the only quote added so far for this author.)

All editions of the work are now combined, which should do the trick.

Also, we don't currently support including a page number with quotes, so I removed that.

What's the problem with the page numbers?

Quotes on Goodreads are linked to all editions of a work, and the page numbers are not likely to be the same. Therefore, please do not include page numbers when adding quotes.
