I read the book 2-5 years ago.

in the story the girl moves in to a small cottage in a small town, she literally runs in to the guy and all her things spill over. during the story we learn that she lost her Deaf father in a violent mugging.

the man is (as is round out) the older brother of the sheriff and heir to a lot of the properties in town.



I thought the book was in the A Modern Fairytale series by Katy Regnery or by Mia Sheridan but i cant find it in either
