Rosemary nods before wrinkling her nose slightly, "Do people actually think we do that? Not even Mother breaks into song every second of the day. Squirrels naturally like us"

Sapphire giggles. “Yeah well, the Storian writes it, and it thinks we do.” Sapphire then asks “do you think you’ll get a fairy tale? And if you do what do you want it to be about?”

[mel, Cantaloupe]

Rosemary shifts her feet in place and glances down the tunnel before looking back at Sapphire, "I think I will. I need to, Mother demands it. I want it to be about adventure not that love stuff. And I want to be the 'hero' not the damsel" She wrinkles her nose again before smiling at Sapphire, "How about you? What do you hope for?"

[Maia, Blueberry]

Sapphire thought. She wanted her story to be about traveling the world... maybe starting a kingdom? “Yeah. I don’t want to be that damsel in distress. I’d like the travel in my story. Maybe become the ruler of a kingdom like my mother.”

[mel, Cantaloupe]

"That's very nice. I guess I want to travel too, I have not really left the Castle. This is really the first time I've been far from home. It would be fun to see the world" Rosemary said with a small smile. She'd already let her 'mask' down since Sapphire seemed to be a nice person.

[Maia, Blueberry]

Sapphire smiled. “Maybe we could be traveling buddies! My parents basically never let me out of the house... I don’t know why. My dad was once a thief so he moved around a lot. Maybe that’s why actually. They don’t want me to become a thief? I have no idea why they’d think that... I don’t know.” She sighed, looking down.

[mel, Cantaloupe]

Rosemary smiled at the term 'travel buddies'. "I'd love to be a travel buddy with you" She frowned slightly and gently patted Sapphire on the shoulder, "I'm sure your parents have their reason. Though I can not imagine you of all people being a thief"

[Maia, Blueberry]

Sapphire laughed. “I’ve never stolen even a biscuit in my life. What about you? Why don’t you leave the castle much?”

[mel, Cantaloupe]

Rosemary's laughter quickly went away as the question was asked, she once again tensed, "Mother is what I guess you could call a 'Protective Mother' She doesn't want me to run away or get stolen from her. So I'm locked in the Castle unless Mother or Father goes somewhere with me" Rosemary sighed and said, "But what she doesn't know is I sneak out of the Castle at night and I take some riches from the treasury. I run down to the poorer parts of the kingdom and I hide the money and riches in their houses before running back home"

[Maia, Blueberry]

Sapphire looked at Rosemary. She couldn’t really imagine her disobeying her parents. “That’s really great of you Rosemary. I couldn’t never do something that good...”

[mel, Cantaloupe]

"Thank you Sapphire. I feel terrible about it though, what if Mother found out? She'd be furious. I don't want the people to be hurt either, they haven't done anything wrong" Rosemary sighs once again before straightening up , "And you could do everything I can do and better. You are a much nicer person then I am and you have a better heart"

[Maia, Blueberry]

Sapphire shook her head. “I believe your mother wouldn’t be angry. She went through awful things when she was younger. I don’t think she would be angry if you were trying to help people kind of like her. Struggling to survive? No. She would be thrilled that you were helping your kingdom.”

[mel, Cantaloupe]

Rosemary gave Sapphire a doubtful look, "You don't know how Mother has changed, you have no idea what fame has done to her" She shivers slightly in her shoes. "Fairy Godmother is very angry at Mother for changing the way she has but Mother won't go back to the way she was before she became a Princess"

((I'm sorry if I'm changing how you've seen fairytales before but there a few versions where Cinderella changes her personality because of the crown))

Sapphire frowned. “That’s... too bad. I was hoping she would still be the kind girl she was before she became the queen.”

" She'll be better if I get my fairytale?" Rosemary said, even though it sounded like a question. ' I hope Mother will change..She's always so angry and mad at everyone ' She thought quietly to herself.

[Maia, Blueberry]

Sapphire nodded. “Well, I’m glad you aren’t like that. And I hope she gets better if you get a fairy tale... although I feel like she should get better on her own. Not because you did something. You know?”

[mel, Cantaloupe]

Rosemary nodded in understanding, "Yes I know..or at least I understand. Mother will get better and if she doesn't on her own then I'll wish it!" She said as she traced the small wrinkles in her skirt.

[Maia, Blueberry]

Sapphire opened her eyes wide. “You would wish for your mother to change?! I feel like that shouldn’t be allowed. It’s almost changing her whole personality. And I think you would feel bad knowing she didn’t change by her own free will.”

Rosemary suddenly looked ashamed of herself, "Well yes but what if she gets worse? It's like a sickness that keeps on getting worse! I can do anything with the wishes, at a cost" She shook her head as if to get these horrible thoughts out, "I'm sorry, these are terrible thoughts to have. I shouldn't have even said anything"

[Maia, Blueberry]

Sapphire shook her head. “It was good that you told me. If you hadn’t, I don’t know what you would’ve done. Not that you would have done anything really bad, but I think it was good you told me either way. Aaand maybe it could work if you asked her if you could make that wish? Then she would know about it, and you wouldn’t have to feel bad!”

"I would never do something to harm or even hurt my Mother. I just want her to be happy. And she would definitely not be happy if I asked for a wish to make her nicer and happier" Rosemary taps her finger tips onto her right wrist. "I'd feel guilty either way. But I'm not actually going to cast magic onto her. If Mother gets to out of hand then I'll just live with Fairy Godmother" She said with a slight shrug.

Sapphire felt sad that Rosemary had family problems. She could never imagine Jasmine being at all mean to her. “Yeah...I guess so. Or maybe...no. It wouldn’t be allowed. It’s never been done before.” Sapphire said, shutting down her idea.

[mel, Cantaloupe]

"What were you saying? What hasn't been done before?" Rosemary asks with a hint of desperate in her voice. She quickly looked around the tunnel to make sure Sapphire was the one who heard her.

[Maia, Blueberry]

Sapphire whispered. “Maybe you could live with me. I don’t even know if it’s allowed. Another princesses’ daughter living with a different princess? No. It was just an idea. It could never happen...”

[mel, Cantaloupe]

"Live with you" Rosemary repeated, she'd never thought of that. "Why has this never happened? Mother has never talked about it"

Sapphire shook her head. “I don’t know. I guess people don’t want different fairy tales mixing?”

Rosemary actually laughed at this, "That's funny, most people don't even know my Mother has a daughter. Only a few people that live in the Castle" She looked at the marks she made in her wrist and then quickly looked back up at Sapphire, "People won't fight what they don't know"

Sapphire smiled. “I like the way you think. But of course, I’m not saying you have to live with me. Only if you want. and you would possibly have to run away... I can’t ask that of you.”

[mel, Cantaloupe]

Rosemary waved her hand in the air at the unsureness, "Your probably one of the best people I have met, of course I'll come live with you. Will your mother allow it?"

[Maia, Blueberry]

Sapphire nodded. Her mother would help Rosemary. She was sure of it. And it wasn’t like they couldn’t afford to have another person to feed and take care of. “Definitely “ she answered.

[mel, Cantaloupe]

Rosemary gave Sapphire a wide smile and moved her arms as though she was going to hug her but she thought better of it, "Hm..now I just need to get my stuff from the Castle and we need to inform your mother and father"

Sapphire smiled happily. She was going to have a friend living with her! That would be much more exciting than reading. “When term is over, you’ll come with my parents on the magic carpet. But one thing. Won’t your mother come looking for you?”

[mel, Cantaloupe]

Rosemary's eyes glossed over with excitement, "A real magic carpet?" But as quickly as the excitement came, it left. "Or Mother will definitely try and find me. She doesn't want any secrets getting out. But she can't ask people for help without telling them who I am, and I am her biggest secret of all"

[Maia, Blueberry]

Sapphire nodded, although she wasn’t convinced. “But I feel like you would never be allowed back to your former home. I don’t know if I should take that away from you. And yes. It’s a real magic carpet!” She smiled.

[mel, Cantaloupe]

"There are very few things I like about my kingdom, there are a bunch of things I would change. I wouldn't be banished or anything though, I'm the only living heir to the throne. Mother wouldn't risk that" She says, trying to seal the deal. "Does the carpet look like a normal one or does it have something magical about it? Other than it can fly" Rosemary asks with a questioning smile.

[Maia, Blueberry]

Sapphire smiled. “It’s the one Aladdin got from the magical cave. So it looks like the one in the stories. It can also speak. You know, and understand us.”

[Maia, Blueberry]

Sapphire then answered the first thing Rosemary said. “That’s true. I doubt she would want the only heir never being allowed back.”

[mel, Cantaloupe]

Rosemary gasped quietly, "It can speak and understand us too? Very clever and intelligent" she whispers, fascinated. She'd never had the chance to see a magic carpet before.

[mel, Cantaloupe]

"Right and even if Mother and Father had another child, they couldn't be the heir since I'm alive and older then they'd every be" Rosemary frowned slightly, "Though they could go to Fairy Godmother and wish for me to never exist in their minds. That way their other child would be the new heir" She looked down at the ground, "You know, sometimes I think to much..over the smallest things"

[Maia, Blueberry]

“The fairy god mother would never do such a thing anyway. You know that. You were about to live there if I hadn’t thought of another idea.” Sapphire smiled. “This is going to be so exciting!”

[mel, Cantaloupe]

Rosemary smiled slightly, "I know Fairy Godmother wouldn't do anything like that, that's one thing a like about her" She rubs her marked wrist against her arm "It is very exciting" Rosemary agreed, "Also what do I call you? My friend, best friend, acquaintance, sibling, sister, or maybe blueberry?"

[Maia, Blueberry]

Sapphire raised her eyebrow at ‘Blueberry’. “I mean, I don’t have a best friend... actually, you’re my only friend except all of my animal friends. So... best friend? And yeah. Maybe sibling” she said, smiling shyly.

Rosemary nodded, "Your my only human friend as well. The rest of my friends are mice and horses. I like best friend though! And sibling once we get to know each other better" She said with a smile to match Sapphire's.

"I think it was either Princess Etiquette or Beautification?" Rosemary said unsure of her answer.

“Oh yes! It’s beautification I believe. We have 15 minutes. Want to come with me?”

Rosemary wrinkles her nose, "I was hoping I was wrong about both of those classes. But I suppose we have to go. I'll walk with you" Rosemary says with a slight sigh and a smile. "Let's see what we learn today"
